Чара, а Вы бы перевели с немецкого на русский... а то непонятно
1. желательно всё предложение

3. непонятно, как именно сказать хотят - для урегулирования споров или вынесения решений по их спорам, а decisions settled - не того...

4. "in writing" = "w dogowore"?? - вообще-то нет, "в письменном виде"
