In the event that no fault is found (NFF) in a returned unit, this agreement includes treatment of NFF by Company up to 25% of Customer's total repair volume, measured on a quarterly basis. All NFF incidents above and beyond this limit shall be invoiced at the per incidence service fee as published in the Company's Price List

Я думаю так: данный договор допускает, что ситуации, когда дефекты не обнаружены, могут составлять до 25% от общего квартального объема ремонтных работ для Заказчика/Клиента (без последствий для клиента). Если же количество таких необоснованных возвратов превышает указанные 25%, то по каждому случаю будет выставляться счет за обслуживание в соответствии с опубликованным прайс-листом компании.
