Помогите, пожалуйста, получше сформулировать, а то мне мой вариант что-то не нравится...:

Им важнее цена покупки сейчас, а не то, что разница в стоимости полностью окупается через 2-3 года и далее получается существенная экономия.

Мой перевод:

The purchase price now is more important for them than that the difference in the cost is completely paid back in 2-3 years and after that the project provides substantial saving.

Мне, собственно и русский вариант не нравится:(((,
Поэтому и ступор какой-то...
