Any notice so given by post shall be deemed to have been served 48 hours after the same shall have been posted and any notice so given by fax shall be deemed to have been received on despatch and in proving such service it shall be sufficient to prove that the letter or fax containing the notice was properly addressed and as the case may be put into the post or transmitted
