2) Ames-Test with Salmonella typhi-murium strain TA 1537, TA 1538 and TA 98 without S9 positive; strain TA 1538 with S9 positive; SAL (+/- S9) positive; gene mutations in mammalian cells at HGPRT locus (+/- S9) positive in one experiment, negative in two experiments; chromo-somenaberrations in CHO-cells in vitro (+/- S9) positive (Heidemann 1993).
