Выражение встретилось в уставе частной компании (Кипр) в следующем контексте:

The Company may exercise the powers conferred upon the Company by the sections 114-117 of the Law with regard to the keeping of a dominion register, and the Directors may (subject to the provisions of those sections) make and vary such Regulations as they may think fit respecting the keeping of any such register.
