Subject: Generic Drug Enfrorcement Act of 1992 law Contractor represents and warrants that neither it nor any of its agents or employees rendering Services in connection with this Agreement has been the subject of a debarment, disqualification or exclusion under any rules, in any jurisdiction where they have practiced, and in particular in Russia, Europe or the USA (where the main applicable texts are: Generic Drug Enforcement Act of 1992, 21 C.F.R. § 312.70 and 42 C.F.R.
