Subject: контракт Добрый день! Еще раз обращаюсь за помощью. Помогите, пожалуйста, с переводом предложения из контракта:Цена не может быть изменена, если авансовый платеж поступить на счет Продавца до_______г. The price cannot be modified if the down payment ?????? till/until?? Запуталась! Заранее спасибо. |

имхо: The price may not be adjusted/altered/be subject to change provided the [amount of] advance/down/upfront payment is credited/transferred to [the] Seller’s account before |

imho If the prepayment is tansferred to the Seller's account by ....y. the price should be unchanged. |
| Я сомневаюсь, что перечислить на счет и поступить на счет это одно и то же. To transfer to the acoount - перечислить, а вот как сказать "платеж поступит на счет"?? |
| тогда смело пишите transferred |

The price is not to subject to any alteration if advance payment is transferred to Seller's transit account untill ___ . Как-то так, мне кажется... Во всяком случае subject to any alteration - стандартная фраза для таких док-тов. |
