Объясните неграмотному, что здень репрезентейшн означает?

1. Buyers and Sellers Both Need Representation
Most buyers don’t get representation. They underestimate the time that is needed to sell a franchise. If the seller has a broker and will be fair to the buyer, but they represent the seller’s interests and so she is loyal to the seller. A buyer needs an advocate too. A third party can say things to the seller that a buyer would never be able to say.
