I think you will need to clarify somehow what is meant by "материальной помощи". It sounds a little strange to a western ear that someone, who is employed, would be getting some kind of assistance. We can talk about "incentives," "bonuses," "allowances," etc., but "assistance" sounds a little out of place. Now, if the reader understands the local realia, that is a different story. I am just concerned that if you just use these words without explaining, you may lose the reader.

Even so, I would say "monetary assistance" or "monetary aid", since "material" also has a meaning of "substantial, important." And that is not what you are saying here.
