Аннотация
В настоящей работе даётся краткий обзор статистических сведений, паспорта М.О. и основных стратегических направлений стратегии социально-экономического развития М.О. и Калининградской области. Выполнены анализ факторов развития и SWOT – анализ условий и факторов развития Полесского городского округа с целью определения актуальности данной темы и требований к визитке М.О.: информационное содержание должно соответствовать политике администрации М.О. в сфере социально – экономического развития, а форма изложения – проста и привлекательна. Кроме того, учтён опыт наполнения содержанием и используемых форм изложения визитных карточек отдельных муниципальных образований России и выработаны некоторые рекомендации.
ANNOTATION

In the present work is given the brief review of the statistical information, passport of the municipality and basic strategic directions of the strategy of social and economic development of the municipality and the Kaliningrad region. The analysis of the development factors and SWOT – analysis of conditions and factors of the development of Polesk city district with the purpose to define the actuality of this topic and the requirements to the business card of the municipality: the informational content should correspond to the municipal administration policy in socially – economic development and the form of statement should be simple and attractive. Besides, the experience of filling by the maintenance and used forms of a statement of business cards of separate municipalities of Russia was taken into account and some recommendations were worked out.

Конечно, такой текст трудно даже проверить, поскольку русский вариант очень бюрократичен и сквозит многоуровневыми конструкциями типа "направлений стратегии развития". Думаю, надо текст по-английски написать короткими предложениями, разбить длинное предложение на несколько простых.
Не претендуя на дословную точность передачи, я бы написал так:
