Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:

If you want to close the AP-module you have to do several checks. First of all all transaction have to be done that the period shows the right result. That means all invoices and credit notes have to be booked or accrued if these are not available.

Это инструкция по SAP. Собственно, меня интересует, к чему относится в данном случае "these", и действительно ли здесь чего-то не хватает или мне кажется?

The word 'these' refers to the invoices and credit notes I suppose.

видимо, речь идет об оплаченных invoices and credit notes и начисленных...
как я это понимаю))))
