Помогите перевести предложение из договора, пожалуйста:

При увольнении по вышеуказанным причинам после окончания третьего календарного года с момента окончания обучения Сотрудник освобождается от возмещения стоимости обучения.

Вариант:
Should the Employee retire from employment due to the above reasons upon expiry of the third year (after three years) from the moment of completeion of training (graduating from - см. контекст), such Employee shall forfeit the right for compensation of training cost.

Option:
If the Employee resigns for the above/aforesaid reasons/on the above/aforesaid grounds upon completion of his/her third year of training such Employee shall not be charged the cost of training.
