We look forward to hearing from u regarding our invitation at your earliest convenience.

сомнения лезут в голову поп поводу второго предложения....
там не we are looking forward to hearING????
в башке крутится шаблонная фраза looking forward to hearing from you...
или инфинитив тож сойдет? утром думаеццо плохо...
