сложно сказать без более шрокого контекста. By-pass значит что он не проходит эту conversion, т.е. данный техпроцесс, send-out то бишь выпускной/выхлопной как все вместе это составить, вам должно быть понятнее, чем мне, так как перед вами текст о всей технологической цепочке... |
