No failure on the part of the Company No failure on the part of the Company to exercise and no delay on its part in exercising, any right or remedy under these Agreement, will operate as a waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
