NOTE: A secondary signature may be required to comply with the above legal statements when the PAM is in a position ONLY to verify the identity and establish the legal existence of the customer or the subsidiary, or when required by local business policies. In the event the customer is a subsidiary not listed in Appendix A, the SAM must execute this KYC statement for that subsidiary. For Product-managed names, the product/Account Manager must execute a separate KYC statement as prescribed by GTS policy.
