Save as provided for in sub-clauses (d) and (e) below, where any valid claim in respect of the Products or any part thereof which can be shown to the Company's reasonable satisfaction (on the balance of probabilities) to be based on a breach of the Warranty, is notified to the Company during the Warranty Period, the Company will (at the Company’s sole option) repair or replace, or (at the Company’s sole option) credit a sum to be agreed with the Customer in lieu of the repair or replacement of, any Product or part thereof

1. to be based on a breach of the Warranty - к чему это относится? Что должно быть основано на нарушении условий гарантии?

2. reasonable satisfaction - это компания удовлетворяется тем, что ей показали, т.е. принимает это (вроде, так выходит грамматически) или это ей показывают, чтобы она удовлетворила претензии?

1. по-моему, относится к claim: претензия, вытекающая из гарантии/в случае нарушения гарантии
2. пока идей нет, но думаете, имхо, в правильном направлении, т.е. претензия не должна быть из области фантастики.
