ну прямо уж так invariably, talgat? Это смотря КАК обсутраивать, если там газончики - травка - рельеф местности- сад камней, то оно канешна landscaping - нивапрос :)
а если там подъездные пути - детские площадки- может даже котельные и прочие amenities и utilities - то это вовсе даже development

Работал я как-то с шотландцами, так вот они называли всякое благоустройство территории - BEAUTYFICATION, а рабочих, этим занимавшихся, соответственно "бьютификаторами"

super riches, rudut, princely fortunes, or u can say, his/her annual income is as big as the budget of a whole country. since u said urself u need a lose translation, u dont have to be a salve to the russian original. u can have fun with it. plus, u said that any translation should sit well with the chaterati, so it has got to be idiomatic then. tal'
