Subject: из договора помогите, пожалуйста, перевести эти фразы из договора:1. If CONSULTANT requires any advance payment against the contract / agreement the same will be mutually agreed and will be drawn by the CONSULTANT against submission of bank guarantee of equivalent amount. 2. The letter of credit will be established after receipt of certificate from ECD that 10% Performance Bank Guarantee and 0.20% non-judicial stamp duty of the total amount of the contract has been received. | В случае, если КОНСУЛЬТАНТ потребует выплату (в какой-либо размере) аванса в счет стоимости договора, то размер данного аванса может быть взаимно согласован сторонами и выдан КОНСУЛЬТАНТУ при представлении им банковской гарантии на ту же сумму. |

Вы хоть термины свои дайте. Как Вы назвали "Performance Bank"? Что там у Вас такое "ECD"? |
