Subject: GCC и SCC The Contract Price shall be a firm lump sum not subject to any alteration, except:(a) in the event of a Change in the System pursuant to GCC Clause 39 or to other clauses in the Contract; (b) in accordance with the price adjustment formula (if any) specified in the SCC. |
