Subject: Кандидат экономических наук Помогите, пожалуйста.Как всё-таки правильно написать при переводе русского свидетельства о повышении квалификации? Candidate of Economic Science или Ph.D.in Economics?? Спасибо большое! |

The degree was established on January 13, 1934 by a decision of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR. It corresponded to the Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D.), existing http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kandidat It's been discussed before a lot. It all depends. I would go for Candidate of Economic Science and use *Ph.D.in* parenthesis. |
