Пожалуйста, помогите перевести эту фразу из договора аренды автомобиля

Hirers own insurance complete if using hirer's own insurance.
The hirer shall always be responsible for providing his own fully comprehensive private hire insurance and supplying the company with an appropriate cover note for the particular hire.

Мой вариант кажется немного корявым:
СТРАХОВАНИЕ АВТОМОБИЛЯ СЧИТАЕТСЯ ПОЛНЫМ, ЕСЛИ ВКЛЮЧАЕТ СТРАХОВАНИЕ ОТ ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ АВТОМОБИЛЯ ПО ВИНЕ ТАКОГО АРЕНДАТОРА
Арендатор всегда обязан обеспечивать полное индивидуальное страхование от повреждения автомобиля по собственной вине и предоставлять компании соответствующее свидетельство о страховании для конкретного вида аренды.

Про собственую вину вы напридумывали, это неправильно.
Hirers own Insurance. 11. The Hirer elects to provide on his or her own account a Fully Comprehensive Motor Insurance Policy covering ...

5. Hirers own Insurance: If the Hirer selected 'own insurance' on the Contract, Hirer shall keep the Vehicle insured with insurers approved by the Lessor on a comprehensive basis for a value whicjh has been agreed in writing by the Owner to be a fair market value of the Vehicle against loss or damage by accident, fire and theft and against third party and passenger liabilities. In the case of loss or damage to the Vehicle, the Hirer shall permit the Owner to make a claim thereunder in the name of the Hirer and in such case reserves the right to claim full rental charges or consequential charges deemed proper until any necessary repairs have been completed. Renter/.Hirer agrees to comply with the terms of Renters own insurance policy. Renter agrees that the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement hold regardless of whether the Renter selects his own insurance or the insurance of the Owner/Lessor.

6. Owner's Insurance: Save where condition 5 above applies and subject to the Hirers proposal of Insurance being accepted by the Owner/Lessor on behalf of the Insurers, Hirer is insured upon and subject to Terms & Conditions of the policy of insurance held by the Owner in respect of the vehicle and its use against liabilities to third parties including to passengers who are non fare paying and for whom there are permanently fixed seats.; A copy of the policy shall be kept available for inspection by the Hirer/Owners' office address shown on the Contract.

Что значит фраза "Hirers own insurance complete if using hirer's own insurance", точно не знаю, наверное что-то типа "По соглашению сторон страхование транспотрного средства обеспечивает арендатор". А дальше так: Арендатор обязан обеспечить полное комплексное страхование ТС, арендованного в частных (не коммерческих) целях, и предоставить компании страховой полис.
Тут еще надо учесть, что у нас страхование ТС — это ОСАГО + каско (два разных вида страхования).
