The total investment for a plant with a production capacity of approx. 1000
m³ / day (3 shift operation) including site area, infrastructure, streets
and storage place, factory building, office building, machinery and
equipment, erection and commissioning of the plant, documentation training

В предложении неясны 2 момента:

1. Street - это проход? Но почему они тогда включены в стоимость завода отдельным пунктом?

2. Documentation training - хотелось бы получить точный перевод.

IMHO - this plant will occupy a giant piece of land with different buildings and structures that will form streets (or alleys if you will), ie, uncovered, unbuilt space. i think they are separated because they do not generate income but owned by the plant nonetheless, ie, still an asset.

again, i'm not 100% sure, but i think documentation training means personnel training with regard to paperwork. they will need to implement an entire documentation/filing system and people will need to be trained. it costs money. they are building this plant from the ground up, it seems.

Про streets ничего не могут сказать, а про documentation training могу лишь предположить, что это может быть обучение по инструкциям к различному оборудованию (user manuals). Но варианта Kath я не отвергаю.
