Нагуглила Resource Work Type (RWT), RWT Role, а что это не понятно.

RESPONSIBILE ROLES
This section identifies, by role, the individuals and teams/lines/groups with responsibilities associated with the conduct of the process or requirement delineated in the Policy or SOP. Corresponding responsibilities are included in the process or requirements (Policy) section. Resource Work Types (with details of equivalent role titles) and/or curriculum roles should be used wherever possible.
