Правильно ли я понимаю этот отрывок как "экземпляры заверенных копий" (но не "копии копий")

Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
The Company represents and warrants that the copies of the certified copies/extracts from the books and records of the Company including but not limited to the Memorandum and Articles of Association which have been delivered to the Subscriber are the true and valid copies of any and all such documents, including but not limited to the Memorandum and Articles of Association which are presently in effect and covenant that such documents shall not be amended prior to the Closing (as hereinafter defined).

наверное, т.е. то что они предоставляют не должно иметь заверения, только их честное слово
