Пожалуйста, помогите перевести сабж.
Это договор между банками и строительной компанией, имеющей текущие счета в этих банках, которой выдается кредит третьей стороной, средства этого кредита переводятся на текущие счета в вышеуказанных банках. Меня смущает слово CANCELLATION - что оно означает в данном контексте.

Контекст такой:
Bank 1 and Bank 2 shall not be the responsible parties for cancellation of the funds on the Current bank account at the request of third parties in accordance with the laws of the countries (if such a case occur) (for example, judicial authorities, customs authorities and/or other authorities that are entitled to accept the free cancellation of funds in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the countries).
