Subject: have satisfied itself CONTRACTOR shall be deemed to the extent reasonably possible to have satisfied itself, before entering into the CONTRACT, as to the extent and nature of the WORK including but not limited to the services, personnel, materials and equipment, plant, consumables and facilities required for the WORK, the correctness and sufficiency of the rates and prices entered in Section 4 - Remuneration, general and local conditions, and all other matters which could affect progress or performance of the WORK.Предполагается, что ПОДРЯДЧИК в разумно возможных пределах_________, до заключения КОНТРАКТА, в пределах РАБОТ, включая, но не ограничиваясь услуги, персонал, материалы и оборудование, завод, расходные материалы и сооружения, требуемые для выполнения РАБОТ, правильность и обоснованность ставок и цен, указанных в Разделе 4- Вознаграждение, общие и местные условия и все другие вопросы, которые могут повлиять на ход выполнения РАБОТ.
