Контекст (если нужен):
The Borrower has pledged the holdings (the “Pledge”) on its account (no: XXXXX ) with "The company", below the “Account”. The Borrower has been granted a loan in accordance with exactly the terms of this Promissory note at a total amount of USD 100,000 (the “Total Loan”). The Total Loan is secured by the below mentioned securities on the Account. The lenders of the Total Loan are treated equally and share the Pledge in accordance with each lenders contribution to the Total Loan. The lenders are aware of that the securities on the depot account are always primarily pledged in favour of "The company" 's claims on the account holder at all times.

кредиторы должны принимать во внимание тот фкат, что ценные бумаги на счете-депо всегда являются залогом выполнения обязательств, прежде всего, требований компании к держателю счета.
