Помогите разобраться, совсем запуталась:

Клиент имеет право в бесспорном порядке удержать вышеуказанную сумму из подлежащих оплате стоимости услуг -

или наоборот

по-моему, даже в русском варианте неточность: должно же быть "из стоимости полежащих оплате услуг"

Про русский вариант контракта даже говорить не хочется...
Просто откопала в словаре выражение offset against, но никак не могу понять, какой порядок слов должен быть.
