Приемка выполненных работ должна быть осуществлена в течение 5 (пяти) дней после завершения Исполнителем всего объема работ. По итогам приемки сторонами составляется Акт сдачи-приемки выполненных работ. К Акту сдачи-приемки выполненных работ в обязательном порядке прилагается список конкретных авторов-разработчиков, принимавших участие в подготовке результата работ с указанием, какой вид работ был выполнен каким автором.

мой вариант:
Acceptance of the performed works shall be done within 5 (five) days after the Contractor finishes all scope of works. The Parties shall draw up the Work acceptance certificate based on the acceptance results. The Work acceptance certificate shall be obligatory supported with a list of draftsmen participated in the design documentation development with breakdown by types of works and originators.

The Parties shall draw up the Work acceptance certificate based on the acceptance results. The Work acceptance certificate shall duly include a schedule listing parties responsible for design and actual performance of each item of work.
