Subject: at two yearly intervals
At the end of the day I've got stuck in this:

The Borrower shall deliver to the Facility Agent, at two yearly intervals, a report prepared by an independent technical advisor ...
Whether it means "within two years" or anything far hell more damn complicated?

Thank you so much.

IMHO

As written -- "at two yearly intervals" -- it should mean "once a year for two years running"

"at two-yearly intervals", however, is once every two years.
