- Стать компанией ориентированной на маркетинг, уйдя от имиджа компании инженеров.

- to become the company which is oriented to the marketing, but not the company of Engineers.????

Никуда тут не надо уходить. Стремиться стать компанией такой-то, а не всякой разной.
