Formal offer of judgement law

Can anyone help with translation of the phrase "to file formal offer of judgement". It was mentioned in relation to the civil court proceeding as a right of the parties involved in a trial. I assume that it may be an equivalent to "mirovoe soglashenie", but not sure/
