If 'premirovanie' presumes a monetary prize then I would recommend calling it a bonus or monetary award/etc. Otherwise, it is unclear what is being added up. For example, an Oscar is an award. If someone gets 3 Oscars and they will be added up, then there will still be 3 Oscars.

Perhpas: In case/the event an employee receives several bonuses/monetary prizes, then the said bonuses will be added up.
