Добрый вечер! Пожалуйста помогите перевести "provide proof of evidence" и "installation" . Контекст такой:

The new EU Directive on Environmental Liability requires for certain industrial installations:

-that the victim(s) provide proof of evidence the installation has caused the damage
-that the damage has been caused by fault or negligence of the installation (а это предложение в этом контексте просто ставит меня в тупик :(((((
