I'm only taking a guess here as have never encountered anything like this, but...

Could it me that Title refers to - Mr, Mrs, Miss, Dr. etc., while Post title - whatever you put AFTER the name, for example, Dr. Alan Davidson, MMD (with MMD being the post title?) or PhD, etc.

По идее, это название должности, но перед этим стоит уже title. М.б., первый title - это титул? Не знаю. Но мне кажется, что post title = job title

Actually, Doctor for example, preceeds the name and it is a dolzhnost, no? Again, I am only guessing, but I think Post-Title refers to educational level/degrees.

Like DDS - stands for Doctor of Dental Sciences and my dentist, for example, on her business cards says: Dr. Maria Ferrero, DDS. or my former university professor was Dr. Edward Cavendish, PhD (with PhD being his degree earned).

I'm afraid I don't know how to say this in Russian.

Kath! Ученая степень. Но я посмотрела в Гугле, там Post title в большинстве случаев используется как должность.
