Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться в таком куске:

Where applicable at the Landlord's expense the Tenant will enter into a Deed of Covenant or such other Deed as the Superior Landlord may reasonably require according to the terms of the Head Lease.

The Agreement is conditional upon the Superior Landlord's License to Underlet being obtained within 28 days of the commencement of the Tenancy.

1. В данном случае at the expense of - это за счет?
2. Как правильно перевести Deed of Covenant?
3. И что здесь значит conditional?

Да, спасибо. Просто как-то было не очень понятно, в чему тут документ за печатью.
"За счет Арендодателя Арендатор берет на себя обящательство в форме документа с печатью или другого подобного документа"?

Как-то мне это странно показалось. Хотя я не юрист.

Definition (UK specific)

A legal document which records the obligation of one individual to pay a specified sum to another for a specified number of years.

The individual making the payment deducts tax at the basic rate and thus pays a net amount on which tax relief is obtained. If the recipient is a registered charity the payer can obtain tax relief up to his/her higher rate whilst the charity can claim back the amount deducted.

То есть этот документ расчитан на получателя денег, по которому он может получить налоговые льготы. Квартиросъемщику это ничего не стоит.
