ii. MMK invests in the development of wire rods in function of improved and new wire products of the joint venture.
iii. Joint venture sources a substantial portion of its wire rod requirements from MMK (but is free to buy from third parties).
iv. MMK is able to supply all the wire rod requirements of the joint venture.
v. Wire rod price will be more favourable than the price for any other customer of MMK.
