Есть непонятные моменты. Трудность заключается в том, что нет запятых. Помогите распутать:

To pay for any property or rights acquired by the Company either in cash or either by fully paid up shares with or without privilege postponed or guarantee rights in relation to dividend or return capital or otherwise or by value for which the Company will have been in a position to issue partly by one method and generally on the basis of such terms as the Company may be in the position to decide.
