14.6.1Replacement of oil filter (Continued) Cycle for replacement of oil filter (Semi-highpile)
1st time: 3 months after installation
2nd time and afterwards: Every one year
[ Tool & material needed
1. Oil: Mobil DTE26
2. OIL JOG
3. Oil pan (20 liters capacity)
4. Cloth
5. Solvent
6. Philips screwdriver
7. Open-end wrench: 17 mm
8. Sealing tape A WARNING Turn off the Main switch of the printing press before replacing oil.
If not, the Printing press may catch a part of your body. CAUTION
1. Without oil, the moving parts will burn.
2. Use a recommended model of oil. If it is not available, order the same quality oil from your agency.
3. To prevent an oil leakage, wind the sealing tape around the drain bolt.
