Inspection Rights: On Bank’s demand, the Borrower shall provide the Bank’s authorised representatives with the possibility to access the premises where the goods pledged under the Deed of Pledge of Stock are stored in order to be able to inspect the condition of storage of the said goods.
Мой перевод: Право на проверку: По требованию Банка, Заёмщик предоставляет уполномоченным представителям Банка возможность доступа в помещения, где хранятся заложенные товары согласно Закладной (активов?) с целью проверки условий хранения вышеуказанных товаров.
