в контексте договора:
The Shareholder shall procure that ХХХ is annually fully discharged for the management performed during the financial year in a general meeting of shareholders of the Company in which any annual accounts are adopted. If the Shareholder has not notified ХХХ of any questions or remarks regarding the annual accounts of the Company within thirty (30) days of these having been presented by ХХХ, ХХХ shall be considered to have been fully discharged by the Shareholder in respect of the management performed in the financial year to which those accounts relate.
