Пожалуйста, помогите с переводом абзаца или его части:

"Инженерные коммуникации находящиеся на территории, также подлежат сносу либо по необходимости переносу.( в зависимости от плана застройки) .Ограничений по застройке как таковых нет. Участок достаточном удалении расположен от жилых строений . Необходимо при проектировании обратить внимание на нормативы по расположению к общественным и жилым строениям АЗС. Также пограничное расположение котельной ,вернее двух труб ( высота 22 метра).
