не понимаю как можно УСТАНОВИТЬ И ПОСТАВИТЬ таймшер аппартаменты

Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
The construction project is the supply & install of all time share rooms (26 key rooms) as per the attached BOQ which shall be supplied and installed according to the at¬tached Bill Of Quantities and the drawings and specifications supplied to the Client.

ИМХО это их видение английских эквивалентов словам "построить и сдать под ключ" или что-то в этом роде:)
