b2b - это когда одна компания покупает у другой для своего бизнеса.
корпоративный клиент - b2c, когда одна компания покупает услуги для своих сотрудников у другой.

Согласен с d. что в Вашем контексте противопоставление b2b client и corporate client может быть на деле противопоставлением 2b2 и b2c. Однако не согласен с тем как были определены эти термины.

b2b - компании продают товары или услуги друг другу (теоретически оптовая торговля - практически наиболее часто используется в электронной торговле, когда идет over the counter торговля большими объемами товаров)

b2c - компания продает конечному потребителю, которым как раз может быть corporate client.

Кроме того, выражение "corporate client" может быть также из сферы финасовых услуг в которых часто выделяют corporate clients/corporate accounts vs. individuals/personal accounts.
