Subject: контракт При неисполнении Продавцом сроков ввоза Товара на таможенную территорию РФ, указанных в п.3.3., последний обязан возвратить сумму полученной предоплаты на транзитный валютный счёт Покупателя не позднее 40 дней с даты списания предоплаты со счета Покупателя.

как вариант: If the Seller fails to comply with the dates stipulated in para 3.3. for import of the Goods to the RF customs territory, it shall be obliged to return the received amount of prepayment to the Buyer’s transit currency account latest in 40 days from the date it was debited from the Buyer’s account. |
