Subject to Clause 2.1 the Customer shall pay for the services provided by the Contractor and Sub-contractors within 3 (three) banking days from the effective date of payment for (the transaction of) acquisition of non-interest promissory notes according to the Promissory Note Purchase Agreement and upon signature of an Acceptance Certificate (Appendix #1). IMHO

(про вексели не знаю, поэтому поправил лишь только внешний вид).
