"If when the vehicle is returned on the contractual end date and the Lessee has exceeded the agreed total number of kilometers to be driven, an additional charge will be made for each extra kilometer at the additional charge rate defined in the individual leasing agreement. If the agreed total number of kilometres to be driven has not been reached on the end date of the contract, the Lessee will be reimbursed for each kilometre not driven, with the refund amount defined in the individual leasing agreement. If the kilometres driven exceed or fall below the total number of kilometres to be driven up to a permitted limit of 5,000 km, there will be no additional charge or refund. In any case 5,000 km are free of charge. The additional charge for extra kilometres and refund amount for kilometres not driven are accounted at the same rates."
