Asunto: centers of mass made overlappedly and concentrically gen. Изгототовление перьевых волначиков (снова). Понятно, что перья на воланчике располагаются "внахлест", т. е заходят друг за друга. Но мне не понятно, как могут центры масс перьев располагаться "внахлест", к тому же концентрично. Есть идеи?The weight, the angle of the tapered end of the shaft and the thickness of each particular feather are different from each other, so that their centers of mass cannot be made overlappedly and concentrically.
